Foreign National Requirements
  • An Account Request Document must be submitted to the Division IT Security Manager (ITSM) for approval for each foreign national who requires an account on a government-owned or government-funded system or network.

  • The completed Account Request Document may be faxed (6-1723), mailed (Code 297) or hand delivered (Building 12, Room E120) to the Center ITSM.

  • NASA, in NPG 1371.2A, defines a foreign national as any person who is not a citizen of the United States.

  • NPG 2810.1, paragraph 4.7.6.3a, states that "privileged access and access with limited system privileges are NOT authorized for foreign nationals who are not international partners".
